Mi Call

To change how we see and treat mental illness.

SCROLL DOWN

Mi Call

To change how we see and treat mental illness.

MI Call

When standing silent and still was no longer an option,
I heard the call to

"CHANGE HOW WE SEE AND TREAT MENTAL ILLNESS."

These words found their way onto my page through me and from what I believe was higher guidance.

I effortlessly assembled these words into this poem which I now know is an anthem for change, any change.

Change Called To Me

An Anthem For Change
By: Enza Tiberi-Checchia

Change is not for the faint of heart
Choose instead to follow your heart

No longer keep the silence
Know that silence is the violence

Speak to be heard
Sometimes disrupt and disturb

Know there is hope
Provide a new scope

Honour my call
You will not fall

There’s a world to re-arrange
You are the change

I answered “I am”.
